How Do I make Changes To My Site Unicorn Management Plan?

Our Site Unicorn Management Plans are made to be just as flexible as a contortionist so they can perfeclty meet your eCommerce requirements.

This means you can pause, skip, modify or even cancel at any time directly from your account.

If you do decide that your Management Plan is just not for you, you need to pause or skip a month, or you no longer need our help we have made it super easy for you to easily make these changes to you Plan.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on the "Manage Suscriptions" button
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscriptions Page
  4. Click on the appropriate action and follow the instructions and prompts.

When Does My Month Start?

Your Site Unicorn Management Plan's month commences as soon as you place your order. We want to help you with your eCommerce store as quickly as possible!

Can I Delay My First Month?

No, sorry - you are unable to delay your on-boarding/first month. Upon placing your order our Magical Unicorns 🦄 get to work helping you with your eCommerce needs.

Any subsequent months you can easily pause, skip or delay just not that first month.

How Do I Pay For My Site Unicorn Management Plan?

Your payment will be processed when your next Plan Payment is due. You will get a reminder email before it is due.

This means you don't have to worry our systems and Magical Unicorns 🦄 will always have your back!

You can pay with your credit card or by using Shopify.

Please note that these fees do not include any advertising charges, software fees or anything other than our management service.

Am I Paying For The Previous Month Or The Next Month?

Fees are paid in advance for the following month, and management begins upon receipt of Onboarding Fees & First Month payment.

Do The Site Unicorn Managment Fees Include Software Or Advertising Charges?

The quoted fees do not include advertising costs, charges, or fees. Nor does it include any software costs or subscription platform fees. You will be responsible for all of these.
