Refund Policy
We have up to a 30-day refund policy, which means you have until you sign an agreed statement of work or 30 days after receiving your payment to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have signed a statement of work item or accessed any product associated with the payment. This includes training material.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll only refund the payment via the same method we received the payment. Under no circumstances will a payment be refunded via cheque or cash.

Questions or issues
Please read your statement of work carefully and contact us immediately if there is anything you do not understand or do not wish to include so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Once information is accessed (such as training videos), those items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you wish to upgrade your plan (Good to Better, Good to Best, or Better to Best) to you may elect to do so but will be required to agree to an updated statement of work and make a payment to the value of the additional fees.
Downgrading plans (Best to Better, Best to Good, or Better to Good) will not be possible once the initial statement of work is signed. Downgrading before signing the statement of work will be accepted and any difference in fees will be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 45 business days have passed since we’ve commenced your project and you have not provided data required to build your website, the statement of work will be cancelled and the balance of funds remaining on the statement of work will be refunded to you. When this occurs, all data will be returned to you, our copies erased and the website deleted. Once data is erased and the website deleted, no further access is possible.
